Well, I\'m back to say that I have fired my .177 cal. about 500 rounds and the .22 cal. about 250 rounds,the accuracy is getting better every time I shoot them. Both are scoped and only need to be tweaked in after they have been sitting for a while. Do note that if you use oil or clean your gun, it takes about 15 shots before it settles back down! The more the rifle is shot the better it gets!!

tech force 28 177.cal 1250 fps is another great gun from compasseco. this gun is very accurate. i have just tried it at 10-20-30-40 yards, and i know it will shoot farther. i used a 1 piece mount 3-12-44 tech force scope. crossman premier pellets 10.5 hollow point 7.9 beeman kodiak 10.6. this is a very good gun for any thing you want to use it for. little or large game. shoots like a 22 rimfire rifle. i just love it. i want to thank all the staff at compasseco for all their help. i have done business with you for 5 years. i like all of tom gaylords articles. i am 67 years old, and am still learning. i know any one can. thank you theron linton

This is indeed a fine looking air rifle and has plenty of power!! The iron sights on the other hand leave much to the imagination, they are NOT good enough for this rifle. If you put a good scope on this rifle,you will see how accurate it is...and with the pellets it likes you will be very happy on how well you will do with it. Mine happens to like the Crosman Premier hollow points,Premier ultra magnums,and the hunting pellets. I can't wait for the .22 cal. to be back in stock.
