Nope, its not just rawmeat and other guy. I have the TF cone trap too. The three of us must all be able to keep our groups in the center of the target ;-) The metal deflector in the back center of the cone cannot even handle 177 pellets from a QB78 deluxe (which is well under 800 fps). As the deflector goes, the pellets that head down to the bottom corner of the post have bent the bottom plate out at the corner. Pellets and debris are now leaking out. This is after less than 100 shots. This trap is for low power pellets only.

I bought one of the TechForce cone shaped traps for shooting inside my house. 10 meters from my bath to dining room, nice and dry and warm. Mounted the trap on a 2 x 4 -it leans against cabinet. I've shot probably 500 rounds at it-shows no signs of damage, as it is made from some pretty heavy gauge metal.I am well pleased with mine. Very inexpensive, well built,and uses the 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 targets , which you can find everywhere. It is well designed, it has caught EVERY pellet I've fired at it. Easy to empty, just remove cap from the top, turn upside down and you're done..If you want a well-built, nice looking and very affordable pellet trap well.....here it is !

hey raw meat and other guy... in that video the guy clearly states that the trap is for guns up to 800fps your crosman quest chronoes at around 1000fps... anyone else notice a 200fps difference?? if you have a gun that hits around 800fps or lower, great trap!

I agree with Rawmeat, this trap needs a thicker metal tube at the rear. Using it at 20 paces with my XS-B28A 22 the pellets have punched right through the metal. Chuck Abbott

got this trap to shoot in the back yard and garage only shot about ten rounds with a crossman quest 1000 177 and it is bending the back of the trap out think maybe for low power guns only
