i bought some of these pellets for my gamo big cat just to try them out. i tried shooting at 20yrds and 35yrds. at 20yrds they performed like i had expected from a pellet this cheap. then when i shot at 35yrds i noticed the accuracy hadnt changed much. i had close to a 1in group at 20yrds and about a 1.25in group at 35yrds. they are a decent enough pellet for the price. they will take down squirrels with reletive ease. they werent perfect though.

I shot the best group I have shot with any airgun today. My gun was my Remington Airmaster 77.The gun has proven to be very accurate and not pellet picky, so I put a better scope-a Leapers 4x32 with AO on it and a military reticle.I was shooting at ten yards from a table with a small portable bench rest. The pellet? The Gamo Hunters. The Remington has shown a particular liking for RWS Diablo Basics and RWS Super H Points, and others. But today, everything just went right shooting that group. I normally do five shot groups, but I couldn't believe what I had after three shots, so I stopped there rather than ruin it. I have three shots into a center to center grouping of .00!!Yes, thats literally one hole!!I backed that up with a five shot group of .280 minus .177 =.103".Thats also with the Gamo Hunters.I'm sure I was having a particularly good day, but the gun has proven to be the best of the three air rifles I have: one multi pump-the Airmaster; one CO2, a Crosman 1077; and one springer-a Beeman model 1077.I am not saying that I can duplicate this result whenever I want, but on this day, this gun, this shooter, and this pellet (Gamo Hunter) we all hit a home run. I’m not very impressed with these pellets. I have only shot one tin, so it’s possible that the tin I bought was bad. I’m hoping this is the case, because the groups that this pellet produced were very inconsistent. I recommend that you buy the Crosman Premiere Domed in 7.9 gr instead. They are a fantastic pellet, and though they only come by the 1250 count, the few extra dollars spent is well worth it.
