A: To return a GAMO product for repair or
replacement, please make sure you include
a note stating the problem you are having with your handgun, a check or money
order in the amount of $10.00 to cover the cost of shipping and handling, as per
your limited lifetime warranty to: Gamo USA 3911 S.W. 47th Avenue, Suite
914, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33314. The turn around time or repairs
varies between
2-3 weeks. Please return the product via UPS, FedEx or similar courier services.
Do NOT use the United States Postal Service.
