Q: What is Compasseco’s Return policy?

A: RETURN POLICY:
If merchandise is damaged upon receipt and inspection, contact our Customer Service Department at 502-349-0181 and the carrier immediately to report the damage, which occurred during shipping.

  1. Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging, manuals, paperwork and any accessories for a full product refund. Return all merchandise pre-paid. We do not refund shipping charges. Items that are opened, used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition are subject to a MINIMUM of a (20%) restocking fee. Any merchandise showing wear, abuse, or alteration, or items dropped or accidentally broken by the customer will not be accepted back and no credit issued, even if within the 30 day period. No credit will be given for opened packages of pellets, CO2 cartridges.
  2. All shortages must be reported within five days of receiving order.
  3. For a prompt exchange or refund you will need to fill out the RMA form, which is supplied with your order, and call to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). 502-349-0181. Merchandise returned without this RMA number will not be accepted. Write this number on the outside of the package being returned.
  4. If you want to exchange an item, the exchange must take place within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Please indicate what you want. Include shipping and any merchandise price difference.
  5. Include the reason for your return, your phone number, a copy of your invoice and a return authorization sheet. Enclose the paperwork in the carton, wrap the package securely, insure the product as we are not liable for damage that occurs during shipping, and send it to the following address: Compasseco Inc., Return Department, 151 Atkinson Hill Ave., Bardstown, KY 40004.
  6. Please allow three weeks for returns/credit/exchange processing (after receipt of merchandise).
  7. Before returning any merchandise make sure it is in the 30-day warranty period.
We will refuse receipt of any merchandise returned without an RMA number on the outside of the box. You may be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the product and or reason for the return.
