Q: Why didn’t my order ship in two business days?
A: There are several possible reasons for this:
- The billing address was not the same as the bank has listed for you.
- Credit Card information was incorrect, missing or your credit was declined.
- The merchandise is on backorder.
- The order was paid for by a check (all checks are held for a minimum of 2 weeks.)
