Q: Why didn’t my order ship in two business days?

A: There are several possible reasons for this:

  1. The billing address was not the same as the bank has listed for you.
  2. Credit Card information was incorrect, missing or your credit was declined.
  3. The merchandise is on backorder.
  4. The order was paid for by a check (all checks are held for a minimum of 2 weeks.)
